Terms of Service

The short version: Book with us and you get one written flat-rate quote, and that figure stands as long as the move lines up with what you described. A $109 deposit holds your slot and is credited back on the invoice. Our $1,000,000 cargo policy protects your belongings, with basic coverage built in and fuller coverage there if you want it. Deal with us squarely and we’ll handle your move with that same care.

Quotes and pricing

Your flat-rate quote rests on the home size, access, and inventory you lay out for us. Should the real move diverge in a meaningful way, more belongings, say, or access hurdles you didn’t mention, we’ll talk through any change with you before we carry on. For local hourly work, a two-mover crew is billed at $139 hourly, with a floor of two hours.

Deposits and payment

The $109 deposit reserves your date and crew and applies toward your final balance. Final payment falls due once the move wraps, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Cancellation deposits follow the terms handed to you at booking.

Liability and valuation

Every shipment sits under our $1,000,000 cargo policy. Basic released-value protection is built in at $0.60 per pound per item; full-value protection is on offer, typically between 1 and 3 percent of declared value. Claims need to reach us in writing within the window your paperwork specifies.

What we ask of you

Please spell out access details, clear out hazardous materials, and carry valuables and essential paperwork yourself. We’re licensed, bonded, and insured in Florida (FDACS IM#) and for interstate work (USDOT/MC).
