The short version: We gather only what’s needed to quote and carry out your move, things like your name, how to reach you, your addresses, and the move particulars. We never sell what you share, and we never farm your move out to a third party. Data goes only to the service partners the job actually requires and to anyone the law compels. Nothing more.

What we gather

Requesting a quote or booking a move means we collect the details you hand over, such as your name, email, phone, origin and destination addresses, home size, move date, and any building access notes. Emails sent to [email protected] are kept on file so we can serve you.

What we do with it

Your information lets us build your flat-rate quote, set up and run your move, handle your deposit and final payment, keep you posted on your booking, and satisfy our legal and insurance duties as a licensed Florida and interstate carrier.

Who sees it

American Star Movers never sells your personal data. We pass it along only to vetted vendors who help us operate, payment processors among them, and to building management when a certificate of insurance is on the table for your move. We may release information where the law demands it or to defend our rights.

Keeping records and your options

We hold records for as long as service, accounting, and the law require, then destroy them securely. You’re welcome to ask us to look over, fix, or erase your information by emailing the office, save for anything we’re legally bound to keep.
