Pompano Beach Movers

HI!

Pompano Beach is an easy push north for us on I-95, and we move there all year, from the oceanfront condos by the pier to the older bungalows folded into the mainland blocks. American Star Movers is licensed, bonded, and insured, and the crew at your door is our own W-2 team in uniform. Your move is never handed off to anyone.

Booking soon? Go with Broward County movers, covering every corner of Broward County.

That split between beachside towers and older one-story homes is what makes Pompano its own kind of job. Out by the pier, the oceanfront buildings often want an insurance certificate and a booked elevator, both of which we set up beforehand. Inland, the mid-century bungalows carry their own quirks: pinched doorways, low carports, and original terrazzo that we shield with runners before the first dolly load.

Snowbird season keeps us hopping here, so seasonal condo turnovers are routine, and we work cleanly around the June-to-November storm season when plans can pivot in a hurry.

Local rates run $139 an hour for two movers, two-hour floor, or a flat rate set up front; a one-bedroom condo opens near $359. Send the date and we’ll hold it with a $109 deposit and a written quote.

⭐ Pompano Beach REVIEWS ⭐

★★★★★ “Our building on the beach has the strictest move-in rules I've seen, and the crew had the COI and the freight elevator booked before I even thought to ask. Smooth from the lobby up to the 14th floor.”
— Marisol Vega, Hallandale Beach (Google)
★★★★★ “Snowbirds for years, and this was the easiest changeover yet. They padded the elevator, wrapped the art, and the price on the sheet never moved. We'll book the return trip with them.”
— Howard Glassman, Aventura (Google)
★★★★★ “Big house out west and a tight HOA gate, and they handled both like it was nothing. The bilingual crew kept my mother in the loop in Creole and Spanish. Real class.”
— Junior Pierre-Louis, Miramar (Yelp)

❓ FAQ ❓

Q: We snowbird here and need a seasonal move. Familiar with that?

A: Very. A lot of the oceanfront condos cycle with the seasons, so packing a unit down for summer or setting one back up come fall is routine work. Booking early in the season is the smart play, since the calendar tightens fast.

Q: My bungalow's got tiny doorways. Can the big stuff still get through?

A: It can. The mid-century homes inland often run tight frames and low carports. The crew measures, pulls doors off their hinges where it helps, and lays runners over terrazzo, so even the bulky pieces clear without a mark.

Q: What happens if a storm lands near my date?

A: We move right through storm season, June to November, and stay loose if weather shifts your plans. Tell us the date and we'll hold it; if a storm forces a change, we sort a new slot with you quickly.
